Sieve Engineering was founded by Hailey Sieve Vickers, P.E. with a simple idea: engineering should be professional, practical, and straightforward.

With over a decade of industry experience, Hailey specializes in structural engineering for signs, foundations, and branding elements. Her approach balances safety, code requirements, constructability, and the real-world needs of each project.

As a small, independently owned firm, Sieve Engineering offers direct communication, personal attention, and solutions tailored to each project. From initial design through completion, the goal is simple: provide dependable engineering while making the process clear and easy to navigate.

Professional engineering. Practical solutions. Personal service.
